Lugo, à town in Galicia has a completely intact Roman wall that surrounds the old city. As you can see in the background, graffiti is present here two, both decorative and political.

T-shirts should give a good number of treats to this old boy! We certainly shopped there because we had passed by to pet him a few times.

Along the wall and to my surprise, I was presented by a French pilgrim, with this strange seed pod which turns out to come from à Southern Magnolia tree!

Things are very simple in the pilgrim inn. My partner and I make sure everyone is out by 8 am, disappear ourselves until 1 pm and take over “ welcome duties” of cold lemon water and Canadian pins until about 3 or 4.
Lovely weather and interesting pilgrims- one from Montreal and another from Tonypandy just up the valleys from my own birthplace! Small world
