A short day

Just 12 km today … but a long one tomorrow!

To begin… cross the river
Then meet a wild Camino doggie
Bless whoever had the idea to put these stepping stones !

The walk today was fairly flat and through farm country but how we would have managed this I don’t know!

We’re being herded to an enclosure by a lovely old couple who said they just keep three has a “ hobby” now

Safe in our mice alberge! Best shower yet! We’re off for dinner in Montfort de Lemos, we need to stock up on good to as the next place has nothing in terms of shops or kitchen.

Some storks who built nests over the railway tracks

We counted 8 nests!
