Sometimes!

Last year we four hospitaleras/os made a schedule that gave 2 people an alternative short day. If your day was long on Monday, it was short on Tuesday…and so on. This allowed for exploring the town and surroundings. Now the priorities of one team is not exploring but rather sleeping in every second day. “ Impossible, impossible! Was the shriek of Anna when I presented her with a tentative schedule. “ no bueno matematica! “ So I bowed to her and for the coming week, basically we will be at her beck and call.

Food is another matter altogether! The three others are ardent and skilled cooks. Every so often I get a scornfull or dirty look because I have not produced anything if the grandeur or saveur that they produce. The pot above has been on the stove for many hours. It is called according to Google “Madrid cooked”

Absolutely delicious sand simple to make. I am told I will get a desert today called “ chocolate salami”! I can hardly wait.
