The light has changed and things are changing on the park. I want to be ecstatic, I want to lean into it but I’m worried that we haven’t had enough snow, that our winter was deformed, off the ‘ normal’ track. I read an article yesterday that all the famous gardens in Britain are already in bloom, one month early. Magnolias, rhododendrons, azaleas…..all out. Things are snowballing ( excuse the pun) faster than I expected.

I wonder if even a cat or dog could make it across .

But early or not, this is wonderful

Something so hopeful and yet, these are used for decoration at Pascha. This year the date of Pascha is May 2. These will be long gone by then.

Ah well, I can always revel in the weather forecast of Saskatchewan shovelling out of a major snowstorm
