Fall in the Park

No use to pretend that it is “late summer “. When the geese fly in formation overhead, calling, practicing for the big flight, you have to accept that the sky will darken before seven in the evening, you will worry a little about the more delicate plants, that you will dig out a sweater for early morning walks. It’s here and it’s beautiful. Enjoy!

    Good one. And the geese are already getting their formations lined up in practice on the canal. I had never realized that they did this. Big “V’s on the water with lots of honking, a coordinated take-off, a short circle, and then back.
