and I don’t care! It’s cold outside. Ice is fast overtaking the few spots of open water in the park. I’ve just come in from my walk. Went back to my old training spot where I have laboured up the toboggan hill and stomped around the track many times. I found the hill dug up and a sign informing me that my tax dollars (and that of many others) would be syphoned of in the amount of almost half a million dollars to fix…. a toboggan hill! I still got to climb up the path on the side but somehow it wasn’t the same.

Who knows what wonders will appear before the next snowfall.
So yes, I’m curled up on the couch with my cosy bathrobe and my Welsh Dragon throw, given to me by a dear friend now departed. It’s not even four o’clock but soon it will be dark evening. Time to hunker down and … maybe a nap… yes, maybe a nap is in order.
This is what the park looked like yesterday at 5:30 pm.

Zzzzzzz. Never thought I’d be seduced by a virtual fireplace but, here I am.
